The wife of Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, has congratulated Master Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke, a Junior Secondary School (JSS) student living with autism, who recently set a new Guinness World Record for painting the world’s largest canvas.
In her congratulatory message on Friday, Mrs. Soludo described the courage of the JSS3 student as a significant source of inspiration for children worldwide who may be facing difficult challenges due to life’s uncertainties.
She hailed Master Tagbo-Okeke as a symbol of resilience and tenacity, commending him for not allowing his condition to hinder his talent.
According to her, his determination serves as a powerful example of overcoming adversity, encouraging children everywhere to persevere in the face of challenges.
The governor’s wife acknowledged that Master Kanyeyachukwu’s achievement has placed Anambra State on the global map, representing the state’s values of excellence, innovation, and industriousness.
She also urged other children in Anambra to draw inspiration from Master Kanyeyachukwu’s story, advocating for the same strength and determination to overcome obstacles in their own lives.

The 15-year-old, who has autism, made history with his work, which was unveiled at Eagle’s Square, Abuja, on April 2.
His painting now holds the Guinness World Record for the largest hand-made canvas ever created by an individual, measuring an impressive 12,303 square meters—surpassing the previous record of 9,652 square meters.
The monumental painting, titled “Impossibility is a Myth,” was designed to raise awareness about the challenges faced by children and adults living with autism and special needs worldwide. It also serves as a call to action, inspiring young people to strive for excellence.
Known affectionately as “Kanye,” Master Kanyeyachukwu, who recently turned 15, is a talented creative artist whose works have been showcased in galleries and museums across Nigeria, the United States, Asia, Europe, and other parts of Africa.
His art has gained recognition from collectors and art enthusiasts globally.
With his historic achievement, Master Kanyeyachukwu has earned a place in the Guinness World Records, standing alongside other remarkable individuals whose courage and determination have led to groundbreaking accomplishments.
