The Most Rev. Rufus Okikiola Ositelu has said multi-faith dialogue is solution to the incessant religious crisis in Nigeria and Africa. He called on Christians and Muslims to disregard extremists and fundamentalists as common threats to peace and progress.

He said this while presenting a paper titled ‘Christianity and Human Rights in Multi-Faith Nigeria’, during a panel discussion hosted by the World Council of Churches (WCC) on January 29 in Geneva, Switzerland. It was contained in an emailed statement, sent from the FCT, Abuja.

Ositelu, who is the Primate of the Church of the Lord Worldwide, also urged that interfaith dialogue should be conducted with fairness and impartiality.
