The Kano State branch of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) at Yankaba area have arrested phone snatchers terrorising people and collecting their phones and other valuables.

The VGN Commander of the area, Bala Danyalwa, made this known while narrating how they arrested the suspects and the among whom the person buying the stolen phones was captured.

He said the boys were arrested for trespassing into houses and stealing people’s property, especially phones and jewellery.

He, therefore, called on victims to visit the vigilante office in the area to see the recovered items and search for their phones and other valuables.
