The National Agency for Food, Drug and Administration Control (NAFDAC) has sealed off a fish cold room located in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State capital, for allegedly selling rotten and unhealthy fish to members of the public.
NAFDAC’s coordinator in the state, Mrs Stella Dosunu, said the cold room was reported by a customer, who bought fish from them and noticed that it was not good enough for consumption.
The owner of the cold room, one Olatunji, attributed the situation to epileptic power supply in recent times around the area.

However, some customers, who gathered at the cold room, pleaded on behalf of the owner, saying that he owner will amend.
