These include the likes of FunkeAkindele, Desmond Elliot, Frank Rajah, Martins Onyebuchi and Osita Iheme as well as Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), Ireti Doyle, O.C. Ukeje, and Mercy Johnson-Okojie.
The different categories include: best actor (comedy), best supporting actor, best movie (drama), best movie (comedy), best actress and best supporting actress.
Since its maiden edition in 2013, the AMVCAs have continued to celebrate the contributions of African filmmakers, actors and technicians to the success of the entertainment industry. Although it is in its third edition, the AMVCAs has arguably become one of the most glamorous and talked-about events in African entertainment history.
The 2015 edition has been scheduled to hold on March 7 and viewers should expect to see even more in new categories as public voting has been opened and this will last till February 2015.
