The Nasarawa State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NAPHDA) has distributed 26 motorcycles and 26 laptops to immunisation officers.
The Executive Chairman of NAPHDA, Dr. Mohammed Usman Adis, appreciated Gov. Abdullahi Sule for supporting the agency to revamp PHCs in the state and assured that NAPHDA and other state agencies were always ready to corporate with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA) in Abuja towards improving healthcare across the state for the benefit of all; especially rural dwellers.

Dr. Adis said, “We are happy with the government and development partners for making initiatives to revamp routine immunisation activities and for strengthening the PHC system in Nigeria.
“I am, therefore, calling on the routine immunisation officers to use the motorcycles and the laptops judiciously as stipulated in their terms of reference.”
Gov. Abdullahi Sule who was represented by the Commissioner for Health, Ahmed Baba Yahaya, appreciated the Executive Director of NPHCDA, Dr. Faisal Shuaib, for initiating ideas capable of changing the narrative of routine immunisation activities and strengthening the PHC system in the country.
The governor implored Adis to continue improving the quality of healthcare delivery at the PHCs in the state.
The state Coordinator of NAPHCDA, Mrs. Nnenna Eze, called on the beneficiaries to improve the health conditions of the people they were meant to serve.
