Shady Saimoua, a business analyst working with GIS Transport, one of the implementing partners, came in NAGIS last month to manage the cash stream, Mr. Peter Ritchie, a Senior Consultant and Communications at NAGIS told Daily Trust.
 He said Saimoua who trained both in Syria and Nigeria is also in charge of stores and requisitions, as well as Human Resource Management (HRM) and Facility Management (FM).
 Saimoua was received on the project by the implementing partners: Nasarawa State Ministry of Lands and Urban Development, and Siraj Consulting Engineers as well as Aeroprecisa Limited, executing Digital Area Mapping (DAM) and GIS Transport providing Nasarawa Geographic Information Services; and a team of Nigeria’s leading town planners: Pragmatic Solutions Consult Nigeria, Envicons and National Environmental Design Associates handling the planning of cadastral districts in what will give a detailed planning and development control to phase out the growth of slums in the state.
