Since the upgrading of the station, the studio manager, Captain Abraham Shammah, said he has been working to ensure that students under training performed exceptionally well and formed the new breed of on-air personalities and analysts.
The students will be drawn from 100 to 400 levels in the department.
Speaking on the development, President of Mass Communication Students Association (MACOSA), Ofim Kelechi, attributed the success to the hard work of the head of department, Tonnie O. Iredia
He commended the HOD for the developments taking place in the department and urged his colleagues to seize the opportunity of using the studio to enhance their learning.
