Peter Ritchie, the projects Marketing Consultant disclosed last week that field staff of Nasarawa Geographic Information Service (NAGIS), the computerized lands management system are currently undergoing training.
Ritchie spoke to Daily Trust after he and the Project Manager, Alhaji Ibrahim Usman Jibril and Roland Klaus, General Manager of GIS Transport conducted the commissioner of Lands and Urban Development, Sonny Agassi who was at the complex for his weekly supervision.
 The commissioner was taken through the just concluded reconfiguration of offices carried out at the complex to enhance efficiency in the project.
 Agassi had earlier said the state is expecting N100 million monthly to stream in from Property Registration alone, a component of the revenue projection done by the consortium of firms led by Siraj Engineering Consultants, partners in the habitat project.
This projection is expected to make up part of the big cash haul of N5 billion expected at month 24 of the project, which count commenced last August.
The projected cash haul will come from Property Registration, Lands Fees and Charges, and Property Allocation.
Agassi said he was satisfied with the level of execution of the project, just as he expressed optimism that the project will hit the projected N5 billion in revenue at month 24 which, count has entered its second month this October.
 Agassi said the ministry has procured field vehicles and has assembled the field workers on the team to commence the registration, using GPS equipment to capture the square meters of every property on ground in Karu and Lafia, and title all the properties as they are, for the purpose of generating revenue.
The team will be armed with maps and Orthophotos generated from after Aeroprecisa Limited flew over the landscape of Nasarawa with light aircraft to capture every bit of what is on ground on the land size of 27,300 square kilometers.
