Governor of Kaduna State Malam Nasir el-Rufai has said that restructuring provides a unique opportunity for all Nigerians who believe in its merits to work together to realise it.
The governor, in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Communication, Muyiwa Adekeye in Kaduna, said restructuring which, was a pragmatic imperative for a more efficient governance structure in Nigeria, could only be achieved by constitutional means and processes.

El-Rufai said the National Assembly remained the primary platform for attaining restructuring with the necessary concurrence by two-thirds of the state houses of assembly, and presidential assent.
