NCAA receives 3,000 complaints against airlines

The Consumer Protection Directorate of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA)  resolved over 3,000 complaints from passengers between January and July this year. The complaints included delayed and cancelled flights, missing luggage and over booking, among others. The General Manager, Consumer Protection Directorate, Mrs. Ify Megwa, told our correspondent that the number also included complaints sent through online platforms by airline passengers.
