The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has trained 540 selected youths and women on advanced businesses across the three Senatorial Districts of Kaduna State aimed at broadening the participant’s knowledge as they engage in various business activities.
Addressing the participants at the flag- off of the training for the Extended Special Public Works held in the state, NDE acting State Coordinator, Victoria Dada urged the participants to take the training seriously stressing that the knowledge they will acquire will help them create wealth and employment.
She further said it will assist them generate business ideas, marketing plans, costing of products and services as well as feasibility reports among others.
In his remarks, the NDE Director General, Abubakar Nuhu Fikpo, who was represented by the acting Zonal Head, Alhaji Ibrahim Suleiman, said the participants will be trained on how to use the funds to set up their businesses.
