Nekede, Ogun, Kadpoly, Ibapoly emerge best polytechnics

The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has ranked four polytechnics, including state-owned Ibapoly, as the best polytechnics for the year 2015, 2016 and 2017 academic sessions.

The  registrar of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Hezekiah Ayodele Fehintola, said in a statement that the school won fourth position while Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Imo State, Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State and Kaduna Polytechnic,(Kadpoly) Kaduna State won first,  second and third  positions respectively among 112  polytechnics in the country.

According to him, the ranking was based on several criteria which consisted of the total number of programmes with full accreditation in the institution.
