The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) has on Wednesday donated equipment to members and artisans of Common Facility Centre as part of the council’s intervention programme aimed at increasing the volume and quality of crafts and leather production for exports.

“Under the NEPC support programme, we have done a lot in giving support to many production businesses like the sesame seed cluster and tomato cluster in Kano state. This is an effort introduced by the council to enable operators to double their export rate in terms of quality and volume,” she said.

In her address the deputy manager Common Facility Centre Kano, Hajiya Binta Ali Muhammad revealed that the intervention given to the company would go a long way in facilitating an increase in the quantity of their production and also enhance the quality of the products being produced by the centre.
