The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) says it will strengthen its operational structure to improve service delivery to exporters across the country.

The Director, Corporate Services Department of NEPC, Mrs Esther Ikporah made the disclosure in Abuja yesterday at an event to mark the Customer Service Week with the theme “Mission: Possible.”

She said, “The NEPC is one of the focal points in the current administration’s effort towards economic stability and development. Hence, it behoves on the Council to strengthen its operational structure to assist in the realization of its objective in line with the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

“This can only be achieved with an enhanced service delivery system. To this, the NEPC SERVICOM Unit has the mandate of promoting effective service delivery in the Council in support of this national goal. The NEPC remains committed to hand-holding Nigerian exporters in their quest to conquer global markets through effective and efficient Service delivery,” she said

She urged participants to actively participate through comments/suggestions as it will become veritable inputs towards improving service delivery systems.

Mr. Anthony Oshin, Acting national coordinator of SERVICOM noted that this year’s theme was carefully chosen to drive service delivery across MDAs and champion reforms, while emphasising the impact of quality service delivery and enhance ease of doing business to all Nigerians.
