The newly deployed FCT police commissioner, CP Bala Ciroma, has resumed office with a call  for the support of residents in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to rid the city of crime. 

A statement by the command’s spokesman, DSP Anjuguri Manza, said the new CP is willing to partner with public spirited individuals, groups and all security agencies to fight crime and criminality in the territory. 

He said residents can support the police with timely information about criminal activities through its 24 hour emergency numbers; 08032003913, 08061581938, 07057337653 and 08028940883.

Ciroma took over from CP Sadiq Abubakar Bello, whom source said has been deployed to the Force Headquarters.
