The new Commissioner of Police for Oyo State, Femi Haruna, has pledged to crack down on criminal elements and bring them to justice.

Speaking at a news conference on Tuesday at the command’s headquarters in Ibadan, Haruna stated that his command would not tolerate any criminal activity and would not hesitate to clamp down on anyone threatening the peace of the state.

“I also assure the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, that the state under my watch will experience a robust policing environment that will promote peace and tranquillity,” he said. (NAN)
