A new showroom operated by Dee Utensils has been opened in Abuja.

The outlet displays a range of kitchenware products sourced from different countries.

The opening event was attended by guests including veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie, fashion entrepreneur Sheyi Vodi of Vodi Group, and Dr. Zacharia Buba Yaduma, among others. A 20 per cent discount was offered on products during the launch.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Dee Utensils, Dr. (Mrs.) Andrew Lois Ihwo, said the new showroom was established to expand access to the company’s products in Abuja. She stated that many of the items are sourced from countries including Turkey, Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Dubai, and India.

Prior to the unveiling, a dedication prayer was led by Pastor Mrs. Becky Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre.

Dr. Ihwo has received several recognitions in recent years, including an honorary doctorate from American Management University, California, and an award at the 15th Peace Achievers Award 2025. She was also conferred with the traditional title of Trauraruwan Matan Kasar Jiwa by the Emir of Jiwa, Alhaji Dr. Idris Musa.
