T Pumpy Concept Limited has congratulated Nigerians at home and in the diaspora on the new year, while reaffirming its commitment to seamless and transparent service delivery for subscribers across its estates nationwide.

In a New Year statement signed by its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Akintayo Adaralegbe, the real estate development firm expressed gratitude to its clients and subscribers, describing their continued confidence as the driving force behind the company’s growth and expansion.

According to the company, 2025 marked a period of significant progress, with the opening and expansion of several estates, including Katampe Extension, Karsana Extension, Apo Gude and Guzape, among others. It said the developments reflect its long-standing goal of making land ownership accessible and meaningful for Nigerians.
