A non-governmental organisation (NGO), Global Initiative for Food Security and Ecosystem Preservation (GIFSEP), says it has launched a book for Abuja secondary schools to tackle the impact of climate change on agricultural production and food security in Nigeria.

The Executive Director, GIFSEP, David Terungwa, told Daily Trust that the book entitled, ‘Understanding Climate Change: A Guide for Secondary Schools in Nigeria’, would teach students practical ways and means to address environmental challenges and also showcase to them practical activities on how to address environmental issues.
