A development advocacy group in the Niger Delta region, Voice of Niger Delta for Equity and Justice, has commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA).

The group in a congratulatory message signed by the Chairperson, Dr. Mrs. Success Ebierebo Motajo, described Amgbare appointment as a game-changer who has all it takes to transform NDRBDA based on his wealth of experience and knowledge.

It also congratulated the new NDRBDA helmsman for meriting the confidence of President Tinubu to have been given the task of changing the narrative of the Niger Delta region.

Praying for a successful tenure for the new NDRBDA boss, the Voice of Niger Delta group urged Amgbare to ensure that he discharges enormous responsibility of hie new office in the manner that would encourage more appointment of youthful Nigerians into high political and administrative positions.

“We strongly believe that the NDRBDA would experience a drastic change, as he has already hit the ground running.

“We deem it fit to join Niger Deltans to congratulate Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, for this highly celebrated and well-deserved appointment. We also call on Niger Deltans home and in the Diaspora to support Amgbare to achieve maximally the development of the region,” it added.
