The commissioner who also doubles as the chairman of the tate Council Committee for the Actualization of the Hotel made the disclosure at the weekend in Minna saying, before the present administration exits next year the project will be ready for commissioning
Taking journalists round the project site, Dansalau said the state has played its part by providing 12 percent equity contribution for the project under Public Private Partnership (PPP).
He noted that the initial N500 million released by the state government was for the survey and design while the land provided by the state government was valued at N400 million.
The commissioner expressed satisfaction with the quality and level of works at the site, stressing that when completed, a reputable management will take charge to ensure proper maintenance.
He said, Accessfield Nigeria LTD, the project partner had invested triple of what the state government has put into the project, while expressing confidence that the company will complete works as scheduled.
The Managing Director (MD) of the company, Sa’ad Sidiq assured the state government of his commitment to complete the project as specified  in October, 18th, 2012 Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU).
