The International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 84 AGM recently held its annual general meeting where members were tasked on forming strategic partnership with other professionals to create more awareness and acceptance.

IRWA is a professional member organization comprised of global infrastructure and estate practitioners whose purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through infrastructural development.

IRWA President, Mrs. Feechi Grant-Akobundu, in her welcome address, challenged the incoming President, Emmanuel Mark, to, create IRWA Youth Chapters in educational institutions adding that 20 per cent of infrastructure needs have not been achieved in Nigeria hence the need for IRWA to sensitize government especially in the area of advocacy.

Incoming President Esv. Emmanuel Mark, in his remarks, thanked the immediate past executive as well as members for support and achievements so far and said his priority will include crossover of members to international body, which hitherto had not recognized and promised to continue from where the last executive stopped.
