Nigerian among 10 top young global change makers

A Nigerian, Isma’il Bello, has been named among the 10 most active global changemakers. Announcing the winners via its website and social media platform, Opportunities Hub said the award was an international award to support young people, helping to create positive change towards more inclusive, fair and sustainable communities and that it was for those who had demonstrated active engagement with communities and Civil Society Organisations (CSO) in the promotion of international cooperation and social justice.

Commenting on the recognition, Bello, who is the CEO of YesHub in Katsina, said, “Little did I know that my effort to make the world a better place for humanity is being recognized; to be honoured under this great international body.

“This is a true testament of my unflinching commitment towards the development of Nigerian youths and by extension the global youth community.”

He said, “I hope to keep up the good work and never backpedal. I also strongly hope that my extraordinary achievement will inspire many other Nigerian youths to work harder in the often difficult task of serving humanity.”
