An evangelist residing in United States, Aniefiok Jacob made this known yesterday in an email message to Daily Trust in Abuja.
Jacob who is also a radio gospel talk host in 93.9 FM in the United States had in the past lead a team of missionaries from United States to Akwa Ibom State to fast and pray for the state and the country as a whole.
In December last year through January 2014, Evangelist Jacob brought prophetess Teresa Jenkins from United States to Nigeria for a two week prayer and fasting conference in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State where she prayed for Nigeria and declared that there would be peace and unity in the country.
Evangelist Jacob said that it is more than necessary for everyone that truly loves this country to pray for its peace and unity more than ever before.
He called on all the Nigerians at home and abroad to put aside their differences and pray for Nigeria especially for the upcoming election in 2015.
