Chuma Nwokolo
A lawyer who was called to the bar in 1984, Nwokolo is known for his early Macmillan pacesetters novels, ‘The Extortionist’ and ‘Dangerous Inheritance.’ He was managing partner of the C and G Chambers. He is also a founder of the Bribe Code, a nationwide campaign to eradicate corporate corruption.

Kaine Agary
Agary, author of the novel ‘Yellow-Yellow,’ is Chief Executive Officer at Kwerigz Nigeria Ltd, a privately-owned diversified business set up to provide goods and services to public and private entities in Nigeria. ‘Yellow-Yellow’ was her first novel and it won several awards, including the prestigious NLNG Prize for Literature.
Toni Kan
The author of ‘Nights of a Creaking Bed,’ a collection of short stories that explores themes on African sexuality, Kan is editor, public relations senior management executive, and teacher. Towards the end of 2015, he signed an endorsement deal to become Samsung’s brand ambassador.
Adaobi Tricia Nwaubani
She was an editorial staff with Nigeria’s defunct NEXT newspapers and also the editor of ‘elan,’ the fashion and style magazine of the newspaper. Nwaubani’s debut novel, ‘I D Not Come to you by Chance,’ won the 2010 Commonwealth Writers’ Prize for Best First Book (Africa). In 2012, she was selected as one of i5 emerging leaders in government, business and civil society from across West Africa, to attend a ‘Leadership for Change’ training programme aimed at creating a network of “world class, pan-African, high potential, emerging leaders across all sectors, working in partnership for change in Africa.”
