Nigerians can’t entrust leadership to weak personalities—Abba Moro

Moro made the remark at the weekend in Kastina-Ala Local Government of Benue State during a town hall meeting with stakeholders by the Jonathan/Sambo re-election campaign organisation.
He said President Goodluck Jonathan’s effort at reconstructing every sector of the nation’s economy has become too visible and is yielding positive results such that the citizens at this point cannot afford to truncate it in another leadership incapable of driving the progression.
The minister also berated some governors and senators who defected from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to opposition All Progressive Congress (APC), saying they were not true progressive change agent.
Earlier, in his remark, the Benue State coordinator of Jonathan/Sambo organisation, Dr. Sam Ode, expressed satisfaction that the Jonathan-led administration projects have impacted directly on the lives of the common people.
Ode called on the Tiv people to reciprocate the goodwill of the PDP government both at the state and national levels towards them in the past 15 years by voting massively for the party in the forthcoming election for more dividends of democracy.
PDP’s gubernatorial candidate in the state, Prince Terhemen Tarzoor, urged the people to turn out in large numbers on the election day and vote for PDP candidates.
