‘Nigerians expend $2bn on Dubai property yearly’

Speaking with journalists shortly after opening of Wrothams Windsor office in the Central Business District of Abuja, Vedelago said many Nigerians have interest in Dubai because it is easy to enter the UAE.
Dubai has indeed become Nigerians’ favourite destination, not only for property investment but also for shopping and other things.
Wrothams Windsor is investment consulting company specializing in property products. Its mission is to create a gateway for Nigerians to actively invest in high yielding property in the UK, the US and all around the world.
Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State who commissioned the Abuja office of Wrothams Windsor promised that Bayelsa State government will solicit the company’s services.
 Shortly before cutting the tape, Governor Dickson said, “I call on all and sundry to have confidence in dealing with Wrothams Windsor as performing African real estate consultant. Get ready to have the great state of Bayelsa as one of your clients very soon.”
The governor added, “I’m here to promote Bayelsa business. I’m here to promote indigenous enterprise.
“It’s a thing of pride for me to be here to see this office operating in this wonderful edifice.
“I have no doubt that Rothams Windsor will go places. We’re proud of the achievements you have already recorded.
“I assure you that the government and good people of your state are with you in prayers and in solidarity.
“That’s the point I’ve come here to underscore. Because in the new Bayelsa, we promote enterprise, we promote hard work, and we encourage our people to go out and see the best in ourselves and conquer.   
“Bayelsa sees you as a worthy ambassador. You’ll operate in an ethically sound and incomparable manner…”
The CEO of Wrothams Windsor said, “Because of the commitment His Excellency has to promote his own people, he took time to visit us and support us because without that support, we’ll just be an average indigenous company but with this support, we can scale great heights.”
He stressed that his company creates a simple transitional process for Nigerians to be able to acquire international property.
