The comptroller, Federal Operations Unit of the Nigerian Customs, Albashir Hamisu, has said Nigerians living at border communities now eat and dine with smugglers instead of supporting customs with information.
He said Customs need information from the people around the border communities to fight smuggling in the country.
He spoke while showcasing 13 new brand operational vehicles given to the units by the Comptroller-General, Hamid Ali.
