The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infections in Nigeria has risen to 1182 after 87 new cases of were reported on Saturday night.
Of Saturday’s number, 33 were in Lagos, 18 in Borno, 12 in Osun, nine in Katsina, four in Kano, another four in Ekiti, three in Edo, three in Bauchi, and one in Imo.
On the same day, 10 patients on treatment were released from hospital, raising the total number patients discharged to 222.
The death toll is 35.
