The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has elected new executive council. The election was held at the end of its Annual General Meeting held recently in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
The image makers elected the new-exco to pilot the affairs of the institute for the next three years, out of the 20 council members who stood for the contest, 17 members were elected as council members who in turn voted Dr Rotimi Oladele as the president for a second time.
The new NIPR council members are: Dr Rotimi Oladele, President and Chairman of council; Mukhtar Sirajo, Vice-President.
Other members are; George Karibi Abimbola, Raphael O. Kabiru, Garba Aminu, Emmanuel Dandaura, Major General Chris Olukolade, B.A.C Obiefuna Uzoma Onyegbade, Sule Yau Sule,
Okon Imerh, Kabiru IBN Muhammad, Mohammed Haruna Ibrahim, Adewale Adeniyi, Haroun Harry, Audu Alagbe , Yetunde Bola and Senator Osita Izunaso.
Also the institute inducted five new fellows namely: Mr Basil Agboarumi, Professor Samaila Mande, Rev Abraham Olusola-Niyi, Mr Festus Akande and Mr Benedict Olufemi Ajayi.
