The Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) Abuja Chapter has elected new executives to pilot the affairs of the chapter for the next two years.
The newly elected Executives are Tpl. Mukhtar U. Galadima, Chairman, Tpl Garba Jibrin, Vice Chairman, Tpl Ameh A. Gabriel, Secretary, Tpl Susan Sheyin, Assistant Secretary, Tpl Francisca .O. Michael James -Treasurer, Tpl Azuara Henry, Financial Secretary, Tpl Queen. I. Phillips, Public Relations Officer I, Tpl Milner Yilkur, Public Relations Officer II, Tpl Garba Kwamkur – Ex Officio 1 and Tpl Samuel Abayomi -Ex Officio II.
A statement from the NITP PRO I, Tpl Queen Phillips, said the Chairman, Tpl Mukhtar U. Galadima in his acceptance speech, expressed appreciation to the outgoing executives and members of the Institute for the privilege and trust given to him and his team to move the Institute to the next level.
He highlighted four points’ agenda under his leadership to include capacity building for members, increased membership drive, increased revenue base of the chapter as well as public enlightenment.
The chairman wished the Institute well and promised on behalf of his team to do his very best to improve the chapter.
