The National Mathematical Centre (NMC) said it will provide an opportunity for the training of more academic researchers.
Director of the Centre, Prof. Steven Onah, stated this at the closing ceremony of the international workshop organized by the Centre on COMSOL Software in Abuja.
Represented by the Registrar, Mallam A. Biu, the director said that the Centre is repositioning itself as a frontline player in mathematical modeling and simulation, and will strengthen academic research capacities in the academia.
The workshop was part of the Centre’s effort to continue to keep the academia and researchers abreast with the latest software towards finding solution to varied problems in different fields.
