The Nigeria National League (NNL) has concluded plans to host its award ceremony for outstanding players and teams for the month of February 2025.
The awards ceremony which aims to recognise and encourage excellence across various categories will be held today, April 15, at the West-Point Hotel, Wuse Zone 7, Abuja beginning from 2pm.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the NNL, Emmanuel Danjuma Attah, has unveiled the awardees to include the Highest Goal Scorer Anthony Ndubuisi of Madiba FC Lagos for his exceptional performance in front of goal while First Bank FC Lagos is the Best Behaved Team for their exemplary discipline and sportsmanship throughout the month.
Adekoya Warith from the Lagos Referee Council received accolades for his consistent and fair officiating and is the winner of the Best Referee award, Lateef Nurudeen of Igbajo FC Osun takes the Best Goalkeeper award for his remarkable saves and goalkeeping prowess within the month just as Uzorho Obinna the Head Coach of Kun Khalifat FC Imo State emerges as the Best Coach.

The Most Valuable Player of the Month award goes to
Austin Ajegbeyi of First Bank FC while Energy Kennedy of Godswill Akpabio United earned the Goal of the Month award.
Meanwhile, Attah has congratulated all winners while emphasising the league’s commitment to promoting excellence, discipline, and fair play.
