NOA wants centenary flag in Nigeria missions

Omeri made the appeal yesterday in Abuja during a courtesy call on the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Aminu Wali where he informed him on the activities of the agency especially on the re-orientation of Nigerians as well as to present the centenary flag to him.
Omeri informed the minister of the NOA’s patriotism campaign of understanding the colours, handling of the flag as well as respect for national symbols.
“Development has to do with patriotism by citizens and we will continue to change the orientation of Nigerians within and outside Nigeria to consider the country first before any other thing,” he said.
He therefore appealed for the flying of the centenary flag in Nigeria missions abroad. Ambassador Wali commended the NOA boss and his team saying Nigerians should emulate their nationalistic and patriotic nature.
“Let nobody deceive us that Nigeria has not gone anywhere because it is not the same country it was 30 years ago and the country cannot achieve greatness without been patriotic and believe in the country.
