Nollywood actress and wife of veteran actor, Jide Kosoko, Henrietta, is dead. According to family sources quoted on , the 53 year old died this morning after a long battle with diabetes.

A close family source who spoke to ‘The Nation’ anonymously said “before her demise, she was battling diabetes for a while, causing her sugar level to fluctuate.”

It was gathered that Henrietta passed away earlier today after the thespian slumped and was rushed to the hospital.

She came into the limelight in 1995 after starring in a movie titled, ‘Omolade’ as well as an English flick named ‘Onome’ and then went on to star in blockbusters like ‘Eleda Teju,’ and ‘Boya Lemo’ among others.

It would be recalled that the late actress was involved in a fatal motor accident along Sagamu-Abeokuta expressway on the 30th January 2015 that left her badly bruised.
