The Jigawa State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have arrested two persons for allegedly committing a sodomy at two different locations in the state.
In a statement on Sunday by the spokesperson of the command, SC Adamu Shehu, it said one Ismaddeen Datti, 21, was arrested for sodomizing a 14 year old boy.
The suspect, who is a resident of Inuwa Dutse Housing Estate, lured his victim of same address with gifts of money and items from his provision store.
The suspect was arrested by the personnel of the corps in Dutse, after the mother of the victim raised an alarm following the discovery of what had transpired between the duo.
Similarly, a 70 years old Umar Abubakar of Makwalla quarters in Birnin Kudu of Birnin Kudu Local Government Area, was arrested for sodomising a 20 year old man of Zarenawa quarters of same LGA.
The suspect, who is a tea seller, takes advantage of his victim by giving him free tea.
The duo were found by the Vigilante Group in a compromised position at about 11 pm in Birnin Kudu market square.
The statement added that both suspects confessed to the crimes.
