Narrating the incident to Daily Trust, the victim said she was sent to charge a phone in the neighborhood when she was intercepted by two of them.

“One of them held my hijab and asked me to follow him to an empty house nearby. When I refused they lifted me up and bundled me into the house by force. I screamed for help but nobody was there to assist me.

“They warned me against raising alarm saying that if I continued shouting they would spend days raping me inside the house, therefore I have no option other than to obliged to their demand.

“But when they noticed that I would not give in to their evil sexual advancement one of them put a gag in my mouth and that was how they raped one after the other,” she said.

The Commandant of the NSCDC in the state, David Abe, said one of the shocking part of the incident was that one of the rapists is HIV/AIDS positive and the victim might have contracted the disease.
