The Commandant General of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) Ahmed Abubakar has warned members of the corps from discussing official matters on social media.

He gave the warning in his remarks at the graduation of the pioneer set of staff course held at the newly established NSCDC staff college located in Lamingo, Jos, Plateau State.

Abubakar said, “No more WhatsApp group without approval, no mutiny, and you must be devoted to all rules and regulations of the corps.

 “In this profession, all officers and men must be proactive always, and be vigilant in view of asymmetric war situations in the country.”
