State commandant of the NSCDC, Ugwumba Andrew, said that the suspects, Vincent Adole and Gabriel Edeh were arrested around Alfa Hospital in Ugbokolo while robbing passengers in a Mazda bus with registration number, Nasarawa KRV-139 XA.
According to him, the robbery suspects had shot the driver of the bus, who is presently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Ugbokolo before pouncing on the innocent occupants of the vehicle.
The commandant also disclosed that his men recovered three Nokia handsets, a locally made pistol, four cartridges and a torchlight from the robbers.
He added that the NSCDC would, however, hand the robbers over to the police for investigation and prosecution.
Andrew further warned youths in the state to desist from criminal activities as the command had its men stationed in strategic locations to uncover all questionable characters.
