NTIC graduates 40 students in Qur’anic study

The Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) Kano has graduated 22 male and 18 female students during the 6th annual Qur’anic graduation ceremony held at the college’s conference hall.

Addressing the graduated students, NTIC principal Mr. Cezmi Kaya, stated that the college had adopted a pattern of enrolling Muslim students into the Qur’anic school to study the holy book.

Kaya, who said the Qur’anic study in the college  was started in 2013, advised the students to consider themselves lucky because not everyone gets the opportunity to graduate.

“You should see yourselves as lucky ones among your colleagues. I urge all of you to preserve what you have learned for the benefit of humanity. I know your parents are proud of you, we are proud of you as well and we urge you to be good ambassadors of the college wherever you may find yourselves,” the principal said.

Similarly, a renowned Islamic cleric Malam Tijjani Bala Kalarawi, called on the graduating students to continue with the study of the Qur’an and also put into practice all that they had learnt from the holy book.
