The candidate who spoke to newsmen in Dakingari town, the headquarters of Suru local government area after casting his vote for the State House of Assembly by-election in the constituency said the people of the state were enthusiastic to cast their votes.

 

According to him, with the recent verdict of the Supreme Court, the party waxed stronger as strongholds of the oppositions are now trooping into the party which he said signalled their interest in his administration.

Dakingari who vowed to surmount the current challenge said the nullification of his election was a trial from God and as a Muslim believing in destiny and trial from the Almighty as cardinal article of the religion as well as faith stimulant among the Muslim faithful.
