Nurses, midwives association gets new Exco

The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Katsina State chapter, has re-elected Comrade Haruna Mamman as its chairman for the next four years.
Others elected at the 9th quadrennial state delegates’ conference are Nura Muazu as vice chairman; Abdulkadir Ibrahim, treasurer; and Ibrahim Mai Saida, PRO.
Badi’atu Sani Zango emerged as financial secretary, while Jamila Mohammed and Musbahu Ahmed were returned as Auditor II and Auditor I respectively.
Mamman, in his acceptance speech, expressed gratitude to members for again entrusting him with leadership and pledged to work alongside all to move the association to greater heights.
He said his reelection was an opportunity to consolidate on past gains and further transform the healthcare sector of the state and the nation at large.
