Governor Uba Sani has been described as a leader whose loyalty to President Bola Tinubu has made him to elevate capable individuals from Kaduna State who can help drive the Renewed Hope Agenda of the federal government.

Dr Abdulmumini Mohammed Aminu-Zaria, a political associate of the Governor who has just been appointed the Executive Director of the Nigerian Integrated Water Resources Management Commission(NWRMC) made this known in a press statement issued on Friday.

A seasoned Human Resources leader of over 30 years top level experience in the oil and gas sector, Dr Aminu-Zaria, retired from the Nigerian National Petroleum Company(NNPC) last March.

The statement reiterated the commitment of the appointee to deliver on his mandate at the NWRMC, help President Tinubu to deepen the gains of his administration and support Governor Uba Sani’s pro-people’s policies in Kaduna State.

Dr Aminu-Zaria commended the President’s commitment to leaving a lasting legacy in Nigeria, as well as the Governor’s inclusive style of governance which has ushered in peace in Kaduna State.

The statement recalled that President Tinubu had described Governor Uba Sani as an agent of change when he came to Kaduna on a state visit in June, where he commissioned the Skills and Vocational Centre, 300 bed Specialist Hospital and 100 CNG buses.

‘’The President commended the Governor of Kaduna State for leading the process of restoration of peace and harmony in the state, and has placed it on the path of progress by prioritizing peace among the people, and initiating a healing process among the various ethnic groups.

‘’President Tinubu also acknowledged the leadership style of the Governor, which has been focused on security and infrastructure since he came into office.

‘’He further said that Governor Uba Sani has changed the situation of toxic and uncontrollable environment in Kaduna State, to an atmosphere of peace and stability,’’ the statement added.

The new Executive Director, also praised President Tinubu’s reforms, adding that the nation’s economy is showing signs of improvement, as attested by latest Nigeria Development Update (NDU) report, entitled “Building Momentum for Inclusive Growth.’’
