Some members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Lagos State have renovated the library of Ogba Primary School to make it habitable and conducive for the pupils to study.
The corps members also donated some books to the library of the school to encourage the pupils to cultivate the habit of using library facility.
The gesture, according to the corps members, was part of their Community Development (CD) projects which they carried out under the auspices of Team Sapphire.
The corps members repainted the library, fixed new electric appliances, installed fans, fixed wall sockets and lamp holders among others.
The librarian of the school, Mrs. Bankole O. Adeleye, who spoke on behalf of the school management described the gesture of the corps members as commendable.
She lauded the corps members for giving back to the society and expressed optimism that they would be successful in life.
