Former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, has praised Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State for his substantial investments in the state’s future.
This commendation was made during the commissioning of a multi-billion-naira interchange project, celebrating Fintiri’s five-year tenure in office, held in Yola.
Obasanjo said despite criticism from detractors, democracy is firmly established in Nigeria and expressed confidence that the nation’s democracy will continue to grow stronger, evidenced by achievements like those in Adamawa.
Governor Fintiri attributed the successful completion of the grade interchange project to hard work, frugality, commitment and dedication.
