Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki has approved the appointment of Mr. Igbinidu Inneh as the Executive Chairman of Edo State Board of Internal Revenue Service.
A statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie said the appointment, subject to the confirmation of the State House of Assembly takes immediate effect.
Until this appointment, Mr. Inneh was a member of the Strategic Planning Unit (SPU) of the current governor Obaseki. He also served as Executive Director, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in the Governor’s Office from 2010 to 2016. Between 2008 and 2010, he was a member of the Edo State Economic and Strategy Team.
Mr. Inneh has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Imperial College Business School, London where he majored in Finance and Strategy.
He is an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a certified Debt Management Consultant.
His career development started with the ‘Big Four’ Professional Services Firms KPMG and Deloitte where he worked as a Senior Consultant.
