The Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has congratulated the state’s women’s football team, Edo Queens, for kick-starting their campaign in the CAF Women’s Champions League with an emphatic 3-0 victory over CBE FC of Ethiopia.
In a statement, Obaseki celebrated the Nigeria Women’s Football League champions for their doggedness and brilliant play throughout the duration of the match.
