Former minister of education, Oby Ezekwesili has reacted to the invasion of the residences of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu.
Policemen on Tuesday morning blocked the convoy of the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki at Lake Chad Junction, Maitama, Abuja.
Ezekwesili in a tweet on Tuesday described the development as "Badly Scripted" adding that the plot was embarrassing to the Democratic Governance of Nigeria.
Mr .@NGRPresident@MBuhari please give it up now and reign in your IG @PoliceNG IMMEDIATELY.
The PLOT was BADLY SCRIPTED and amounts to a DAMAGING ASSAULT and EMBARRASSMENT of the Democratic Governance of our beloved country, Nigeria.
Sir, THE PLOT FAILED. GIVE IT UP, NOW.

She also expressed concerns on why Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu -who had no business with the Nigerian police- should become a victim of the plot
What is the .@iamekweremadu the Deputy .@SPNigeria Senate President’s angle in the UNDEMOCRATIC DRAMA unfolding at the Senate with the IG @PoliceNG as Lead Actor, please?
What is his own offense?
We need answers to help us connect-the-dots.
.@NGRPresident@MBuhari SPEAK.
