82-year-old Pa John Okeke from Uga community of Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State has commended Tropical Gate Foundation for diagnosing and treating him of cataract.
He was among 2,000 persons that benefited from a three days free medical outreach organised by the foundation, a humanitarian organisation in the state.
According to him, he had been battling with cataract for years, without any help until the foundation intervened.
The outreach, which took place at the Salvation Army Amesi Corps, witnessed beneficiaries from Anambra State as well as Imo State.
The chairman and founder of the foundation, Apostle Nnamdi Mbaigbo, said the medical outreach is targeted at bringing smiles to the rural populace.
